My client is a leading global MNC who is dedicated to helping their clients to navigate complexities and drive growth through innovative strategies and deep consumer understanding. They are looking for a Strategy and Consumer Insights Director with expertise in strategy, consumer analytics, and consumer insights within the airline industry.
As a Strategy and Consumer Insights Director focused on the airline industry, you will play a pivotal role in:
  1. Consumer Behavior Analysis:Conducting in-depth analysis of consumer behavior and preferences within the airline sector, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  2. Market Research:Leading comprehensive market research initiatives to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities in the airline industry.
  3. Customer Segmentation:Utilizing advanced segmentation techniques to categorize airline customers based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic attributes, enabling targeted marketing and personalized experiences.
  4. Consumer Journey Mapping:Collaborating with cross-functional teams to map the end-to-end consumer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Strategic Planning:Developing and implementing innovative strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer acquisition and retention, and optimize overall business performance for airline clients.
  6. Client Engagement:
    Building strong relationships with airline clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in delivering tailored solutions that address their unique challenges and objectives.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in strategy consulting, consumer analytics, or consumer insights within the airline/travel industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior principles, market research methodologies, and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business results and delivering value to airline clients through strategic initiatives.
  • Open to overseas candidates who are looking to relocate to Singapore.
