Elaine Bermudez

​​Elaine joined The Barton Partnership in 2023 and leads the US Commerce & Industry practice. Her focus is on working with our corporate clients to hire Strategy, Corporate Development, and Transformation Professionals such as Chief of Staff, Chief Strategy Officer, Head of M&A and functional leaders. Her previous experience spans work as a psychotherapist and recruiter, placing a number of executives in C-Suite and Board positions.

Elaine graduated Cornell University with her BA in 2014 and NYU with her MA in 2018.

In her spare time, Elaine enjoys cooking, pilates, knitting, and supporting Chelsea Football Club.
