Objectives of this role:
1. Drive the interlock of strategic alignment with the accountable businesses, partnering to identify and support resolution of key business decisions that impact D&T strategy
· Including crafting the chain of why from business strategy through to D&T OKRs
2. Shape the D&T strategy (why we need to change, what we need to do, how we will do it)
3. Partner with D&T workstream leaders to bring together the design and communication of key shifts of the strategy, including:
· Our culture and ambition
· What we deliver for customers and colleagues
· Key shifts to deliver our technology strategy and governance
· Key shifts to deliver the D&T target Landscape
· Key shifts to deliver the target Operating Model and ways of working
· Key shifts to deliver the Sourcing and Partnership strategy
4. Model the strategy business case model showing the financial change impacts of the strategy
5. Partner with the Transformation/Evolution Management Office to shape the communication storyline and comms plan for the strategy (across multiple stakeholder groups – PLC, Exco, Bus Boards, DDT colleagues, suppliers, BIG, wider colleagues)
Core skills:
· Experienced in Digital and Technology work
· Experienced in retail or customer facing industries
· Comfortable managing complex workstreams and stakeholder relationships
· Comfortable with Excel based financial modelling of technology costs and benefits
· High quality Powerpoint and communication skills
· Experience at a top tier Strategy / Management Consultancy to Manager level or above​
