About the Opportunity
We are working on an exceptional opportunity with a dynamic and fast-scaling portfolio company of a top-tier global private equity fund. With over 9,000 professionals across 50+ jurisdictions, the business is undergoing significant growth and transformation, including a number of strategic acquisitions across Asia, Europe, and beyond.
The company is looking to hire a Senior Vice President of Corporate Development based in Singapore. This is a high-impact role working closely with the global Corporate Development team and senior executives across the business. The successful candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and closing M&A transactions and driving broader inorganic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal Pipeline Development & Origination:
    Build and manage a strategic pipeline of M&A targets; engage with founders, industry stakeholders, and advisors to identify high-quality opportunities.
  • End-to-End Deal Execution:
    Lead the full M&A lifecycle including diligence, valuation, structuring, and negotiations across multiple geographies and service lines.
  • Financial & M&A Modelling:
    Build detailed financial and valuation models to support investment decision-making.
  • Strategic Investment Materials:
    Develop investment papers and presentations for C-suite and board-level audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal teams (finance, legal, tax, HR, IT) and external advisors to manage execution and integration planning.
  • Market & Industry Research:
    Conduct sector and competitor analysis to inform corporate strategy and target selection.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 12–15 years of experience in M&A, with solid execution track record across complex cross-border deals
  • Strong background in Corporate Finance or Investment Banking (Big 4 or top-tier firms preferred)
  • Prior in-house Corporate Development experience within a multinational organization
  • Alternatively, candidates from Private Equity with sourcing and transaction execution experience are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence capabilities
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders
  • Strategic, commercially astute, and detail-oriented
