With our smaller consultancy clients we act as a true partner to support their growth often playing a key role in their transition from small business to bigger brand in the market. We craft and modify the message to market as we tap into candidate pools previously not considered achievable by them. We have worked from Consultant through to Partner level within these businesses and can tailor our approach to fit in with what our clients need at that point in their development usually working on an exclusive or rolling retainer basis. Our Independent Consulting team also acts as an extended bench providing flexibility and a trusted source of short-term delivery.
With our larger clients, we have built new teams within their well established businesses where they have wanted to attract a different type of candidate to the business. Our specialism in the market and agile recruitment model means we are still able to adapt our approach and work with the managed-service providers or larger recruitment teams and support them across core functions of their business. Our quality search approach modified for the contingent market means we may not send the most CVs when working alongside other agencies but
our conversion is always high. We still take the same level of care with our candidate network so our success rate from CV submission to offer acceptance is very high in comparison.
We are always moving with our market and work with current and new clients in areas of innovation, from digital transformation through robotics and AI applied to all sectors that they consult into. Our Independent Consulting team can provide experts on specific projects when required and our permanent team talent map growing areas within the sector which supports our clients longer term. Our team works with clients across the UK, US and Europe, many partnering with us across all those geographies and some working with us to grow geographically for the first time themselves.
