We track individual’s careers from when they start in consulting and as they move out into industry, ensuring we are well placed to deliver on searches where the nature of the requirement is often for candidates to have ‘real world’ experience in addition to their consulting backgrounds.

Leading European Mid Market fund, Poland
Conducted a search for the investment team of this leading fund. Assisting them with hiring an ex McKinsey Engagement Manager who
had spent two years in the investment team of another European fund.
US Private Equity fund, London
Retained to conduct a search to hire an experienced individual to focus on driving value creation across the fund’s Europe-based assets.
Search concluded with the successful appointment of an ex-LEK Consultant who had spent time in Industry and two years in a Value Creation focused role with another leading fund.
Portfolio Company of leading PE fund, London
Retained search to assist the portfolio company identify and secure an M&A Director. This was a key hire for the business as the investment thesis centred around a buy and build strategy. The successful individual began their career in accounting before transitioning
into strategy consulting with BCG. They also spent two years in the internal M&A function of a portfolio company.
European Buy-Out fund, London
We were asked to source a senior digital expert to look at this fund’s portfolio businesses and provide a diagnostic on their digital ‘health’, based on recommendations from this diagnostic a series of projects were derived that this person went on to drive.
Mid-Market Fund, London
For this fund we have been engaged on several Commercial due diligence projects to produce reports such as market and competitor reports and customer journey and survey analysis reports to feed into the investment decision making process.
European Mid-Market Fund,London
This fund were looking for a Programme Management Office lead to act as the #2 to the CEO of one of their portfolio businesses in the Industrials sector, to drive a big transformation programme over 9 months.
