Susie Ticknell-Smith
Head of Operations
Susie joined The Barton Partnership in 2020 as the Head of Contracts and Compliance. She has over 8 years' Compliance experience, starting her career at an IT recruitment agency. As the Head of Contracts and Compliance, Susie supports the Independent Consulting Team to manage and co-ordinate their portfolio of Consultants and Clients, whilst also working closely with the Finance Team.
Outside of work, Susie enjoys socialising with friends, travelling and going to the gym.
