Their tight knit, fast paced team who lead the strategic directions for the country’s operations, business development and M&A activity across this division are looking to hire a Senior Analyst and an individual at either the Manager or Senior Manager level. This individual will be a key member of the team supporting the Strategy and Business Development team members with complex consulting-style analytical projects.  

Projects will typically last between 1-2 months and the impact will be highly visible to the CEO or Senior Vice Presidents of the company. Projects will rotate between business units, allowing this individual to receive the most diversified experience within the Risk Solutions business.

  • BA /  BS degree required with relevant cousework.

  • 5 years prior experience in the areas of coprorate strategy, product planning, business planning, or corporate merges & acquistions; or alternatively 3 years of experience in a top-tier strategic consulting / M&A advisory firm or coprorate development / strategy function. 

  • Ability to manage several projects involving multiple functions and participations. Successful at managing and influencing cross-functional projects team to achieve results. 

  • Preferred experience in management consulting on investment banking is preferred. 

  • Advanced research and analytical skills and possess the ability to incorporate the most suitable practices and innovation into project recommendations.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to summarize information is a must.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with C-level executives and other senior leaders of the company.

  • Self motivated with a professional business etiquette.

  • Advanced skillset in MS office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.

  • Able to demonstrate professionalism in a coprorate environment.
