My client is a much-loved restaurant chain with over 20,000 locations across the globe. The business is going through a significant period of change having recently transformed their international operating model, and they are subsequently looking to grow the UK team. One of the business’s key objectives is to revolutionise their growth mindset, and the operational excellence team are responsible for a significant part of this strategic goal.
The Senior Manager will report directly into the COO and will be responsible for defining the transformational strategy for the business. You will provide thought leadership to the global portfolio, create and implement successful innovation initiatives, and lead the approval and optimisation of new and existing equipment.
A successful candidate will have strong project management and performance improvement capabilities, a proven track record of delivering high complexity programs, and an innate ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Management Consulting experience at Manager/Senior Manager level, ideally combined with relevant industry experience.
