The company is looking for an experienced strategy consultant with exposure to consumer goods, ideally beauty. It is a multifaceted Business Development role, entailing not only strategy, but operational/bottom line impact. A successful candidate will have an opportunity to launch and grow a piece of business with a suite of highly respected global beauty brands.
The responsibilities of the role include managing a new market launch in Australia as well as the China expansion plan and the establishment of a new free standing store in Hong Kong. Within 18-24 months, there is an opportunity to move into a Head of Strategy & BD or Head of Sales/Commercial role in the APAC region, possibly even GM of small market if very strong.
-Min. 2 years of experience at MBB firm
-2-4 years of experience at consumer products/CPG company
-Industry exposure to consumer goods, ideally beauty
-Good communication skills
-Ability to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and trends
- Cantonese and / or Mandarin language skills preferred but not required
