Strategic advisory firm specialising in global development. The firm was established in 2001 and now numbers approximately 200ppl, across 15 locations. Their mission is to raise living standards in developing countries and mobilise effective responses to the world’s most pressing issues.
Clients include Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, corporations such as Pepsi and Vodafone, multilateral institutions such as the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank, UN Agencies such as UNICEF and the UNEP, and government agencies such as DFID and the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency.
The London practice was formed over 2 years ago and has grown faster than any other location. The team is currently 10 and the objective is to grow the London business substantially over the next 3-5 years (Growth plan is to be 5 Partners and 50 Consultants in 3-5 years)
The next hire will be either a ‘Project Manager’ or ‘Associate Partner’ to play a leading role in running client engagements, but equally to play a key role in growing the business. The track to Partner level is seen as being circa 2-4 years, depending on entry.
ROLE:
Lead project teams in disaggregating problems and providing solutions to address them
Develop innovative strategies and solutions for our clients
Manage work streams and provide direction
Coach, manage and support junior team members
Actively contribute to firm-building initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years top-tier (MBB or Tier 2) strategy consulting experience
A development leader and who thrives in tackling global issues.
Managerial and leadership skills
Strong ability to Develop Business for the organisation.
