My client is a high growth consultancy based in London, seeking a Director to aid them in their next phase of growth. The organisation has gone from strength to strength aiding senior leadership teams of large organisations to reinvent themselves, and galvanising a workforce towards a common strategy. Now at c.40 ppl with ambitious growth plans, they’re looking to maintain their entrepreneurial, creative and collaborative culture, whilst exploring new avenues and bringing on exciting new work.
This Director is a critical hire for the business, entering at a senior level to aid overall business growth and to lead and manage challenging and stimulating engagements. The individual will be responsible for working directly with C-level execs across multiple industries to redefine their business objectives and subsequently implement human centric business change. The Director will be a true role model for junior consultants, whilst also build and maintain long lasting relationships with senior level clients.
