Our client works in many sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing & Consumer Business, Energy and Utilities and Private Equity and select Government Organizations. Project work varies but it is generally focused towards solving the clients’ strategic, operational and organizational challenges. As they continue to grow their team, this consultancy is looking for individuals at the Consultant and Manager level who have both operational and strategic experience.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
  • MBA degree or equivalent required.

  • 4-8 years’ of experience from a management consulting firm with exposure to both operational and strategic projects. 

  • Self-aware, embraces feedback and strives for continual improvement as well as supporting development of others.

  • Willingness for significant travel and very exciting work.

  • Prior experience managing dedicated teams to solve complex, strategic issues and deploy change is required.

  • A demonstrated ability to be a trusted advisor by developing significant long-term, trust-based relationships with demanding, senior-level executives at large, complex organizations.

  • Additional industry experience (front office, back-office, or operations) with recognized success is desired.

  • Business development experience (both with new and existing clients) and desire to do more is required.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to summarize information is a must.

  • Work authorization for the United States is required.
