Responsibilities:
  • Pinpoint value creation opportunities with team members
  • Create and maintain consensus with team members on goals, critical issues, work-plan, implications, suggestions, and implementation strategy
  • Offer leadership to the team to guarantee the highest quality analytic and conceptual output
  • Collaborate efficiently with senior leaders, team members, and other colleagues across the business
  • Lead internal ES initiatives and activities (e.g., involvement in knowledge building efforts, mentoring, recruiting, and training)
  • Lead a team of 10+ people, supporting their growth through skill planning, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Assign responsibilities among project team members, balancing the fulfillment of team goals with the professional development and satisfaction of individuals
Requirements & Skills:
  • 6+ years of post-graduate management consulting or corporate strategy experience managing a strategy team and developing superior performing individuals. 
  • Remarkable problem-solving skills, including issue recognition, problem structuring, analysis, development of recommendations
  • A record of creating powerful client relationships within large organizations and recognizing opportunities to strengthen those relationships and develop the business
  • Leads with taking the initiative, leveraging inspiration, and promoting cooperation
  • Proven ability to attract, evaluate, choose, improve, encourage, and preserve the finest talent while constructing an ecosystem encouraging the growth of diverse teams
  • Great likeness for company values, involving teamwork, taking an outside point of view, challenging the status quo, all while being humble, curious, and focused
