Vice President, Digital Infrastructure Private Equity

Overview:

We are partnering with a leading large-cap digital infrastructure fund seeking a Vice President to join its NYC-based investment team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead evaluation and execution of investments across data centers and hyperscale infrastructure

• Build, own, and review complex financial models and valuation analyses

• Drive due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiations

• Partner with management teams and operating partners on value creation initiatives

• Support portfolio monitoring and strategic decision-making

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in TMT private equity or digital infrastructure investing

• Strong transaction experience with increasing ownership of deal execution

• Prior experience in digital infrastructure (data centers, cloud, fiber)

• Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage workstreams and junior talent
