A Global, market leading Insurance Group are scaling up their strategic change and transformation function.
My client, part of a leading Global Insurance Group, is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to join them in their London office (hybrid working model).The role will sit within their Global delivery team and will be responsible for leading major projects to support their strategic objectives, in particular relating to data and technology projects. That said, this is not a technical role.
The ideal candidate would come from a management consulting or internal consulting background, although they are open to candidates who have only worked in industry. Insurance experience, whilst a bonus, is not essential for this role, but Financial Services experience is a must.
Leading major projects to support strategic objectives
Project proposals and business case development
Mobilising project teams and mentoring of more junior team members
Managing and reporting risks, progress, resourcing, and budgets
5+ years’ Project Management experience
Financial services experience (doesn’t need to be insurance)
Management consulting background is highly desirable
Experience in Agile & Waterfall methodology
Experience working with third party vendors
