Our client is a leader in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology industry, for delivering innovative products and customer satisfaction. To help lead their growth plans, they have created a new position to hire a Go-to-Market, Product Strategy Manager to lead New Product Development, as well as improving existing products in their portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
  • Lead end-to-end product operations bringing new products, pricing/offers, changes to the product portfolio, and strategic product initiatives to market
  • Strategic collaboration with the product strategy and product management teams to execute the product strategy and roadmap
  • Manage, guide and hold accountable project manager and cross functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, billing, training, and reporting to scope and operationalize residential and business products bringing them to market
  • Execute product initiatives with customer first approach and through cross-functional focus and alignment
  • Track and management projects and deliver within tight timelines through the ability to organize teams, manage details, and bubble up and present resolutions to challenges
  • Create presentation materials and summaries to keep stakeholders informed
  • Together with the Manager of Product Process Improvement & Efficiencies, establish and maintain standard processes and workflows to ensure the efficient and effective execution of programs and initiatives
  • BS/BA degree; Minimum 4-6 years of product strategy/operations, project management or related experience
  • Delivering Strategy projects across media streaming and/or subscription-based platforms
  • Must have experience bringing products and initiatives to market and responsive to the needs of a rapidly growing organization
  • Demonstrated success launching product offers and initiatives
  • High degree of initiative and capacity to lead multiple priorities of significant scope in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to see and communicate the big picture and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize based on high-level goals and objectives
