Having seen 3X YOY growth and just been through a successful Series G funding round, the high-growth B2B2C marketplace is undergoing significant international expansion. In support of this, they are looking to strengthen their international team, hiring top talent into Country Lead (CL) roles to support them as they move into new markets and economies around the world. Core focus markets include France, Germany, Spain and Italy. CL’s to be based out of their international HQs in London.


As Country Lead, you will sit as part of the International Business Operations and Strategy Team, responsible for leading on a variety of strategic, analytical and operational projects to drive growth of the international business. You will focus exclusively on 1 country or a set of countries and be responsible for the success of the marketplace in the area.

You will be responsible for building expertise across all relevant topics needed to launch and grow your market (e.g., local payments, competitive landscape, local marketing tactics, etc.), and working cross-functional with Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing and Finance when implementing your market strategy and delivering growth.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to deliver high impact in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and data-driven environment.


  • Minimum 6+ years’ experience, inclusive of a minimum 2-3 years within top tier strategy management consultancy, investment banking or private equity, combined with operational experience within a high-growth, technology enabled business

  • You are highly analytical and can execute on complex analyses, define KPIs, size opportunity areas, and measure and report on performance across the business

  • Ability to flex between strategic, analytical, and operational aspects of the job

  • You can think across multiple dimensions of a business (sales, product, marketing etc.) and work cross-functionally to deliver results

  • Resourceful and happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job done

  • You want to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change

  • Marketplace experience and Geographical expansion highly admired

  • Speaks fluently either French, German, Italian, or Spanish (in addition to English)
