COMPANY:
Unique opportunity to lead the Data Analytics / Business Analytics function for a UK Software Business, backed by a leading mid-market Private Equity fund. The business is transitioning from License to SaaS/Subscription with the fund looking to deliver an exit in 2-3 years.
ROLE:
The Analytics Director reports to the CFO and works closely with other senior management in the business, such as other C-level executives and team leaders, as well as subject matter experts in a number of teams.
The role provides an excellent opportunity to deliver powerful, genuinely value-adding analysis to a company that is undertaking a large amount of change. The role requires an individual that can combine technical and analytical expertise with a commercial mindset, the ability to communicate effectively on complex topics, and to influence senior management across the business.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong Data / Business Analytics experience
Experience running/leading analysis across multiple business functions
Line management experience
Top tier consulting experience
Good familiarity with tools such as Tableau and Alteryx
Software/SaaS/Subscription experience is desirable
