Our client, a leading global food and beverage firm, is seeking to add a GTM Strategy Manager of North America to their team. Newly created position reporting into the Global Strategy Director.
Strategy – designing, leading, analyzing and implementing projects of critical importance across the company across innovation, marketing and sales through to supply chain, finance and investor relations
Commercial Insights - Owning insights and commercial reporting from the ground up, leveraging wide-ranging data to create actionable recommendations and drive their implementation across the business
Business Development - Supporting commercial teams with key business development projects, from prioritizing opportunities through to creating sales packs across our account and retailer base, in particular major national accounts
Business Intelligence – systems maintenance and improvement, ensuring we have the best information at our fingertips
Candidates must be self-starters with proven individual contributors and leadership skills. Mental agility and the ability to learn quickly in dynamic environments are paramount. A consistent pattern of taking on new challenges and working outside of one's comfort zone is required.
2+ years of relevant management consulting experience or in strategy role, preferably with background in CPG/Retail/Food & Beverage/FMCG
Data & Analytics experience
Passion for end-to-end problem solving both qualitative and quantitative
Strong communication skills and ability to balance being a strong leader with an absolute team player
