As a Senior Consultant in the team, you will have an opportunity to work with some of the UK’s best-known organizations and apply your deep knowledge and expertise to develop strategies, design impactful solutions and facilitate and coach leaders and teams at the most senior levels.
You will take ownership for leading accounts and advising clients throughout program or project execution. You will be responsible for delivering profitable business through effective client relationship building and impactful collaboration with colleagues from across the global team.
You will be expected to identify and develop opportunities to bring the full range of solutions to meet clients’ talent needs, developing commercial propositions and solutions that involve cross-practice approaches.
You will also be responsible for coaching colleagues engaged on the projects which you are leading, supporting their professional development.

  • 7 years+ experience within a client-facing consulting environment or other professional services setting focused on employee engagement/experience/culture, organizational effectiveness, talent management
  • Proven record of successful account management and business development
  • Deep knowledge of Culture plus an understanding of Organizational Transformation and HR and Human Capital challenges and programs
  • Ability to leverage data-driven insights to define, recommend and/or co-create strategic solutions for clients
  • A relevant higher degree (e.g. Bachelor or MA) and, ideally, a Professional HR/Behavioural Science/Coaching qualification
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients at executive level and establish a reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor;
  • Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken; command of additional languages advantageous
