We are seeking an experienced Vice President with a proven track record in sourcing, originating, and executing deals in the data center and digital infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry relationships, strong investment acumen, and hands-on transaction experience to drive deal flow and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Investment Sourcing & Origination: Identify, source, and originate investment opportunities within data centers, digital infrastructure, and energy sectors.
Transaction Execution: Lead all aspects of deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, structuring, and negotiations.
Portfolio Management: Oversee and enhance the performance of portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
Market & Industry Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support investment theses and identify emerging opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry executives, investment bankers, advisors, and other key market participants.
Qualifications:
Current Vice President or Principal at a private equity firm with a focus on Data Centers and Digital Infrastructure
Demonstrated track record of sourcing, executing, and managing investments within these sectors.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Excellent negotiation and transaction execution capabilities.
Asset management experience preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and investment partners.
