The Barton Partnership has been retained by a Top-Tier, Mid-Market Private Equity Fund in their search for a Technology and Digital Specialist to join their Portfolio Team.
In this role, key responsibilities include:
Driving technology-focused due diligence processes and critically evaluating risks and opportunities for their targets.
Developing Digital Growth Roadmaps to boost value within portfolio companies.
Supporting portfolio companies to make significant changes, such as expanding digital channels, improving the digital user experience, implementing new business tools and systems, and enhancing data analytics capabilities.
Guiding portfolio companies in accelerating tech-enabled transformations while making technology functions more efficient and aligned with business goals.
Engaging with Portfolio Companies` management to monitor performance and value creation on Digital Growth Roadmaps and Digital Risks, providing short-term support needed to execute, accelerate and augment Digital-related efforts
Continuously improving the portfolio playbook and contributing to thought leadership.
