Purab Parikh

​Purab Parikh brings over 15 years of cross-functional experience across Executive Search, Management Consulting, and, Operations. Currently, he is a Principal in the Board & CEO Practice at The Barton Partnership. Previously, he spent 5+ years at Russell Reynolds Associates and GlassRatner, focusing on C-Suite mandates for public and privately held companies.​

Before executive search, Purab was at Loblaw Companies Limited, a Canadian food and pharmacy retailer, developing their corporate strategy. Previously, he was a management consultant with Deloitte where he specialized in strategy, operations and M&A consulting services. He began his career as an engineer in capital projects in the oil & gas sector.
