Phillip Ward

​Phil originally joined The Barton Partnership as a graduate in 2012, and spent nine years at TBP recruiting strategic and M&A talent for a variety of clients.

Having spent just over a year away from the business recruiting operations talent at Uber, Phil has re-joined The Barton Partnership as Global Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the business executes its ambitious headcount growth plans in the coming years.

In his spare time, he enjoys watching sport- especially football and cricket, and walking in the Surrey countryside with his family.
