Lucy Panter

​Lucy graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2013 with a BSc in Business Management, before starting her recruitment career at Investigo in 2014. She spent her early years specialising in interim change and transformation roles within Banking and Financial Services.

In 2020, Lucy shifted her focus to the Commerce & Industry sector, where she has built deep expertise. Joining The Barton Partnership in 2026, she supports the consulting and interim team across strategy and transformation, with a particular emphasis on B2C businesses. Her work leverages TBP’s network of former management consultants and SMEs to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Outside of work, Lucy loves spending time with her young daughter and exploring the UK’s best luxury hotels.
