Ginessa joined The Barton Partnership in 2026; with 7+ years of experience in executive placements (both permanent and interim), Ginessa has a passion for serving clients, executive candidates, and her team.

She has a deep interest in various industries and a strong understanding of the ethics and high standards of professional services. Within the past five years, Ginessa was focused on serving Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies in a talent capacity. Her background in talent has been industry-agnostic thus far, and she leans mostly toward the Office of the CFO.

Ginessa is based out of Nashville, Tennessee, and lives with her 6-year-old goldendoodle, Malibu.
