Ellie De Nardo

​Ellie sits within the Transformation and Change practice with a specific focus on our Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences clients. Before her move to The Barton Partnership, Ellie spent 9 years at Hays where she managed both interim and permanent teams across the finance and technology sectors.

In her spare time, Ellie enjoys exploring new countries and hosting dinner parties inspired by her Italian Nonna. Ellie once starred in a Mcdonald’s advert which was the start and end of her acting career.
