​Daniel joined TBP in 2026, with 11 years of transformation recruitment experience across FTSE 100, FTSE 250, SMEs, and PE firms, partnering with CxO and leadership stakeholders to build transformation teams and internal capabilities.

Daniel has worked across interim and permanent mandates across the UK and internationally.

Out of work, he likes spending time with his family and keeping his daughter entertained. He enjoys cooking and has finally hung up his football boots, now focusing on golf.
