Chris Brown

​Chris joined the Barton Partnership in August 2026 to build out the Technology Transformation Practice across Corporates & Institutions. He partners with enterprise organisations to deliver specialised resources undergoing technology-enabled transformation, helping clients secure leadership and specialist talent across Infrastructure & Cloud, Cyber Security, Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture, Software Engineering, Service Management and Business Applications.

Chris has spent more than 23 years building and leading specialist technology transformation recruitment practices across the UK market. During this time, he has held leadership positions with some of the industry's most recognised brands.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family; he is a dad to 3 boys, a huge Arsenal fan, and loves good food and travelling.
