Chloe O'Connell
Sales Enablement Manager
Chloe joined The Barton Partnership in 2026. After graduating from Pennsylvania State University, she began her career in the legal field as a paralegal and legal secretary, then shifted to sales and operations support.
Chloe spent 14 years at Robert Half and has more than a decade of experience supporting executives and senior leadership teams within fast-paced, high-growth sales organisations, where she partnered closely on business development initiatives, operational strategy, training development, and process improvement efforts designed to help teams scale effectively and operate more efficiently.
Her background spans business operations, sales enablement, training development, and process improvement. In her current role as a Sales Enablement Manager, she will support our North American teams and be responsible for developing resources, refining processes, and ensuring consistency in messaging and execution across the sales cycle. She also helps with training, onboarding, sales collateral, and data-driven insights.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending time with her dog, Oliver, an almost five-year-old Boston Terrier, going to concerts, practising yoga, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends.
