The services that we provide are:

Retained Search – This method of recruitment is effective for clients when they are confidentially seeking senior candidates with often specific core skills and work experience. At the Barton Partnership our retained searches are all geared towards successful delivery by only charging one third of the fee upfront to secure our commitment and then the balance on the offer/acceptance of the chosen candidate.

Contingent Selection – The calibre of candidates on our database is second to none. In cases where we feel we can supply more than five suitable candidate profiles to any given assignment, we would advocate this process before undertaking a specific search.

Advertised Selection – In cases where the search needs to be extended geographically or you are seeking multiple hires we recommend adopting an advertised selection process. This method is often used in conjunction with search to ensure total market coverage.

Talent Mapping - Whatever the future demands of our clients are, whether significant growth or organisational change, our Talent Mapping service helps organisations to pinpoint exactly where the best talent is working to ensure that their needs can be met with a pipeline of exceptional candidates.

Salary benchmarking / Surveys – Our consultants continually gather data on market trends (salaries, average length of tenure, corporate churn rates by sector etc). This data is fed into management reporting models which can be provided upon request.

Psychometric testing - We have partnered with a reputable organisation who are qualified to undertake psychometric testing utilising techniques from world renowned assessment companies.
